Fish for breakfast, anyone?

It was fascinating to see this White-faced heron getting its breakfast. It wasn't easy for both of us. It wasn't easy for the Heron to catch its pray and it was not easy for me to capture the action. At the end, it was a satisfying job, for us both.

The white-faced heron is a common bird throughout most of Australasia, including New Guinea, the islands of Torres Strait, Indonesia, New Zealand, and all but the driest areas of Australia.

A Misty Morning...

It was a misty day. Plan was to reach the destination before the sunrise. Was bit late leaving the home, but in a way it turned out well. Sun started rising through the mist, and I had to pull over few times just to feel the magical light. It was surreal. Hardly any vehicle on the road. Too bad, the whole world was sleeping.

Luckily, I had a camera with me but the true feelings of the moment, had to be felt through the heart.

Enjoy!
